Terry Smith 1962-2016 Terry Smith passed away on September 8, 2016 in Mineral Wells, Texas. Terry was born February 4, 1962 to his parents, James Alvin Smith and Hazel Wakefeild in St. Louis,Missouri. Terry was survived by his sister, Karen Liddell and many other loving family members and friends. Though we mourn the loss of Terry, he will be truly missed and his memory forever rejoiced.
