Thomas Edward Moran May 28,1939 ~ July 7, 2017 Thomas Edward Moran went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 7th 2017. Thomas was born on May 28, 1939 in Fort Worth, Texas to his parents, Thomas J. Moran and Ruth O. Newton. We honor the sacrifices Thomas made to our great Nation as Thomas served in the United States Army. He spent most of his military career in Greenland working underground with scientists. Thomas was a distinguished Veteran and continued to serve God, Family and Country until his passing. He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He was enriched by the peace and tranquility it brought him. Thomas was a man of all trades and like to tinker with his lawnmowers and other equipment with his brothers. Thomas enjoyed the comradery with his brothers. Thomas was a family man and loved the quality time spent with them. He loved his family more than anything in the world, especially his daughters. They were his world. He loved to listen to his youngest daughter sing. There was truly no greater joy than family. Thomas is survived by his wife, Brandy Moran; his daughters, Carla McCleskey and Stephanie Jenson; his siblings, Rubye Granstaff, Betty McDonald, Jimmy Moran, Wayne Moran and Kenny Moran; his step-children, James Williams, Tiffany Williams and Jacob Williams; his grandchildren, Tiffany Moran, Monica McMichael, Alexander McCleskey, Zachary McCleskey, Paxton McCleskey, Madilyn Sullivan and Brianna Delacruz; his great-grandchildren, Ethan Moran, Kanon Samaraweera and many other loving family members and friends. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ruth Moran; his daughter, Debbie Moran and his son, Eddy Moran. We are saddened by the loss but we rejoice in knowing that Thomas is reunited with his Lord and Savior and his family members in the Eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
