In Loving Memory of Timothy Norris September 8, 1967 – May 5, 2025
With heavy hearts and enduring love, we announce the passing of Timothy Norris, who left this world on May 5, 2025, at the age of 57. Born on September 8, 1967, and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Timothy was a devoted husband, a loving father, a loyal brother, and a true friend whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and strength to all who knew him.
Timothy was a man of quiet talents and deep values. He spent his life working hard to provide the best for his family, never asking for much in return. His dedication was evident in all that he did — especially in the love he poured into raising his son, Dakota Barnes, who was the center of his world. Every decision, every sacrifice, and every long day of work was made with his family's future in mind. To Timothy, being a father was life's greatest purpose and privilege.
He shared his journey with his beloved wife, Tammy Norris, whose partnership and love grounded him throughout the years. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and lasting memories.
Timothy had a gift for woodworking, often creating beautiful furniture and small trinkets with his own hands. Each piece reflected his patience, care, and craftsmanship. He also loved to play guitar, finding joy in music and the quiet moments it brought. He was most at peace when he was fishing, especially during visits to the ocean, where he found serenity in the sound of the waves. At home, he loved to grill and entertain, welcoming friends and family with open arms and good food. Despite his long work hours, he valued his downtime, savoring the small but meaningful pleasures of life.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Norris; his son and pride, Dakota Barnes; and his brothers, John Norris and Larry Norris Jr. He is preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Shirley Norris, whose memory remained close to his heart.
Timothy will be remembered for his generosity, his steady presence, and the deep love he held for his family. His legacy is etched into the lives of those he touched and the memories he leaves behind.
Rest easy, Timothy. You built a life of love, and your spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved you most.
