Toby Scott Locklin

1967 – 2022

Toby Scott Locklin, 54, of Lake Worth passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022.

Toby grew up in Lake Worth, Texas and remained a Bullfrog till the end. Toby was a genuine loyal friend and devoted father. He made the world a better place by being in it.

He is survived by his son, Joyce Shumate and Kimberly Shumate both of Lake Worth; his aunt, Margrett Hardy; several cousins; and countless friends. He was loved by all and will be missed dearly.

Toby was proceeded in death by his father, Thomas Locklin, and mother, Barbara Cox Eady.
