William Edward Flint Jr 1942 - 2017 William Edward Flint Jr passed away August 21, 2017. William was born June 2, 1942 to his parents, William Edward Flint and Mary Isabel Gilbert-Flint. We honor the wonderful life lived and the immense impact that he had on all of us. William graduated from Kokomo High School where he met the love of his life, Carol Royce. The two would later marry and start their family. They moved to Texas in 1973. William was beyond talented. He mastered everything he put his mind to. He had an engineering background and wrote many manuals specific to his trade. William would look at things and study how to make it better. William was a very talented writer and was musically inclined. He always gave a helping hand to anyone that was in need. We will remember William as a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. We will hold on to the wonderful memories that we shared with him. We will continue to love, comfort and take care of each other the way he did. We are saddened by our loss yet we rejoice in knowing that William has fought the good fight, he has finished the race and kept the faith. William is survived by his loving wife, Carol; his daughters, Ann Marie Flint and husband Vernon Williams and Sharon Tucker and husband Scott; his grandchildren, Crystal, Scotty, Tiffany and Allisha; his great grandchildren; Mason, Sadye, Stevon, Robert, Freddie, Benjamin and Roselee; his sister Janet Robertson and husband Stephan; his mother-in-law, Jeanne James along with many other loving family members and friends. William is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Flint; his daughter, Mary, as well as his sister, Barbara Jean.
