Visitation will be held on Friday, August 05, 2022, at Azle & Lakeworth Funeral Chapel from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Service will be held the following day on Saturday, August 06, 2022, at Azle & Lakeworth Funeral Home Chapel, at 10:00 AM with Burial to follow at Dicey Cemetery in Weatherford, TX.
