Jose Avelino Vazquez was called to be with the Lord on August 13, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. Jose was born to his parents, Gregorio Vazquez and Lourdes Herrera in Mexico on September 20, 1972.
 
Jose was a hard-working man. He enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. Jose was a great person and would do anything for those who needed a helping hand. He loved the city of Fort Worth. He always talked about never wanting to leave his beloved city. He was a wonderful cook who enjoyed working in and around the Fort Worth Stockyards. His passion was recognized by all who enjoyed a meal around his table. Jose truly never met a stranger. He was very active and always ready for an adventure. Jose enjoyed having a good time dancing and joking with friends. He had a very friendly demeanor and an inclusive personality that drew people to him. Jose had a love for life and sharing it with those he loved most.
 
Jose is survived by his father, Gregorio Vazquez; his siblings, Juan Mario Vazquez, Leonel Vazquez, Lourdes Vazquez, and Angelica Vazquez; along with many other loving family members and dear friends.
 
Jose is preceded in death by his mother, Lourdes Herrera; his brothers, Carlos Vazquez and Martin Vazquez.
 
Although we mourn the loss of Jose, we celebrate his memory and his new home with our Lord and Savior in the Eternal Kingdom of Heaven
 
A visitation will be held on August 21, 2018 from 5pm to 8pm at Roberts Family Funeral Home Chapel located at 5025 Jacksboro Hwy Ft. Worth, Texas 76114.

José Avelino Vázquez fue llamado para estar con el Señor el 13 de agosto de 2018 en Fort Worth, Texas. José nació de sus padres, Gregorio Vázquez y Lourdes Herrera en México el 20 de septiembre de 1972.
 
José fue un hombre trabajador. Disfrutó el tiempo que pasó con su familia y amigos. José era una gran persona y haría cualquier cosa por aquellos que necesitaban ayuda. Él amaba la ciudad de Fort Worth. Siempre habló de no querer nunca dejar su amada ciudad. Fue un cocinero maravilloso que disfrutó trabajando en los alrededores de Fort Worth Stockyards. Su pasión fue reconocida por todos los que disfrutaron de una comida alrededor de su mesa. José realmente nunca conoció a un extraño. Era muy activo y siempre estaba listo para una aventura. A José le gustaba pasar un buen rato bailando y bromeando con sus amigos. Tenía una actitud muy amistosa y una personalidad inclusiva que atraía a las personas hacia él. José amaba la vida y la compartía con quienes más amaba.
 
José es sobrevivido por su padre, Gregorio Vázquez; sus hermanos, Juan Mario Vázquez, Leonel Vázquez, Lourdes Vázquez y Angélica Vázquez; junto con muchos otros familiares cariñosos y queridos amigos.
 
José es precedido en la muerte por su madre, Lourdes Herrera; sus hermanos, Carlos Vázquez y Martín Vázquez.
 
Aunque lamentamos la pérdida de José, celebramos su memoria y su nuevo hogar con nuestro Señor y Salvador en el Reino Eterno de los Cielos.
 
Se realizará una visita el 21 de agosto de 2018 de 5pm a 8pm en la Capilla de la Funeraria Familiar Roberts ubicada en 5025 Jacksboro Hwy Ft. Worth, Texas 76114.
