Rafael Alejandro Lopez went to be with the Lord on November 8, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. Rafael was born on December 4, 2000 to his mother, Maria Cabrales in Fort Worth, Texas.

Rafael worked as a cook and he loved his job. He enjoyed the smiles of people when he cooked for them. Rafael was the light during our darkest days, he always carried a smile on his face. We will never forget all the memories we made with him, endless nights full of joy and laughter, and never a dull moment. Rafael was the most selfless person that lived in this planet. He always took care of everyone around him, even those who he really did not know. On November 8, 2020 around 10:00 p.m. our family received a phone call claiming Rafael (Alex) Lopez was unresponsive. Our beloved son, brother and friend passed away peacefully in his sleep. At just 19 years old God gained another Angel. He worked so hard each and every day of his life building a future for himself and he will not be forgotten. A piece of our hearts was taken from us the day he passed, but we ask that his legacy lives on.

Rafael will be deeply and lovingly missed by his loving mother, Maria Cabrales; his brothers, Brian Figueroa, Brandon Perez, and Christopher Perez; his sisters, Alexis Saenz, Alexa Perez and Helen Figueroa; along with many more family members and dear friends.  

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Azleland Cemetery beginning at 12:00 PM with a graveside service following at 2:00 PM.

Rafael Alejandro López partió al encuentro del Señor el pasado 8 de Noviembre del 2020 en Fort Worth, Texas. Amado hijo de María Cabrales nació el 4 de Diciembre del 2000 en Fort Worth, Texas.

Rafael trabajaba como cocinero y le encantaba su trabajo. Disfrutaba de las sonrisas de la gente cuando cocinaba para ellos. Rafael fue la luz durante nuestros días más oscuros, siempre llevaba una sonrisa en su rostro. Nunca olvidaremos todos los recuerdos que hicimos con él, noches interminables llenas de alegría y risas, y nunca un momento aburrido. Rafael fue la persona más desinteresada que vivió en este planeta. Siempre se ocupó de todos los que lo rodeaban, incluso de los que realmente no conocía. El 8 de Noviembre del 2020 alrededor de las 10:00 p.m. nuestra familia recibió una llamada telefónica que decía que Rafael (Alex) López no respondía. Nuestro amado hijo, hermano y amigo falleció pacíficamente mientras dormía. Con tan solo 19 años, Dios ganó otro ángel. Trabajó tan duro todos y cada uno de los días de su vida construyendo un futuro para sí mismo y nunca será olvidado. Un pedazo de nuestro corazón nos fue quitado el día que falleció, pero pedimos que su legado continúe.

Rafael será extrañado profunda y amorosamente por su amada madre, María Cabrales; sus hermanos, Brian Figueroa, Brandon Pérez y Christopher Pérez; sus hermanas, Alexis Sáenz, Alexa Pérez y Helen Figueroa; junto con muchos más familiares y queridos amigos.

Una velación se llevará a cabo el jueves 12 de noviembre del 2020 en el cementerio de Azleland a partir de las 12:00 p.m. seguido de un servicio a las 2:00 p.m.
